Lake Cathie has a Woolworths supermarket with BWS liquor, a pharmacy, bakery, post office and many specialty shops. Plans are also underway to build a shopping centre opposite Ocean Club Resort.

A short drive away is the thriving heart of Port Macquarie with department stores, supermarkets and a range of restaurants, cafes, fashion and many other specialty stores.
