Ocean Club is not some grand plan we’re asking you to buy into. Everything is built, and what’s more, it’s been built to the highest standards. It’s ready for you now, and there are no extra fees to pay.

The Clubhouse
The focal point of Ocean Club is our lavish multi-purpose Clubhouse, which was created by global design firm Blainey North, specialists in interior architecture and design of luxury environments.
Every day, the Clubhouse brings people together - whether it’s to socialise in the opulent lounge area that overlooks the picturesque bowling green, to utilise the fully equipped kitchen, the outdoor BBQ area, the billiards table, the private lounge, luxurious cinema, or the library.
Regular functions include meet and greets, summer barbeques, as well as more formal dinner functions. We also love to celebrate special events like Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Mothers' Day, Fathers Day, Australia Day, and the Melbourne Cup, just to name a few.
