A PORT Macquarie company has won a contract to build houses for the largest private development on the North Coast. Better Homes will build 260 properties as part of The Ocean Club multi-million dollar development in Lake Cathie. Frames for the first 11 homes are taking shape and shared facilities including a lap pool, clubhouse, tennis court and gym are tipped to be complete by next month.
