Terms & Conditions: OCR Luxury Holiday Competition 

1. The Competition is open to all Australian residents aged 50 and over.

2. These terms and conditions will be available to view at oceanclubresort.com.au during the time of its validity.

3. All entrants are automatically entered on the Ocean Club Resort database. 

4. The winners will be selected from all entries that have been correctly entered.

5. One entry per couple.

6. The total prize pool is $1000.00 (2 night’s accommodation valued at $400 per night plus dinner to the value of $200.00).  The major prize may be accepted by a single person or a couple as long as they are aged 50 years and over on 29th October 2025.

7. The winners will be selected randomly from all correct entries.

8. Judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. The winners will be determined by Ocean Club Resort.

11. Entries open: 29th October 2025 at 10.00am

12. Entries close: 29th October 2025 at 1:00pm

13. The winner will be contacted by phone and email on Tuesday 4th November 2025.  If the winner is unable to be contacted on Tuesday 4th November 2025, the next randomly selected name will be judged as a winner. 

14. The winners will need to book their accommodation and take their prize by 4th May 2026.

15. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not use the prize by 4th May 2026 then the prize will be forfeited by the winner.

16. The prize consists of 2 nights’ accommodation at a 2 bedroom villa at Ocean Club Resort, 1333 Ocean Drive Lake Cathie NSW plus Dinner at the “Delizioso Laurieton” to the value of $200.00. The winners must make their own way to Lake Cathie and all other costs during the holiday will be at each winner’s expense.

17. The prize may be taken by a single person or a couple but no more than 2 guests are allowed to stay in the nominated house.

18. All winners contact details are retained for by Ocean Club Resort administrative purposes and promotional purposes only. No information will be disclosed to anyone outside Ocean Club Resort.

19. Winners cannot exchange prizes for cash or for any other prize.

20. Current Employees of the Ocean Club Resort and their immediate families and group companies and any other company associated to the specific competition are not eligible to enter the competitions.

21. Ocean Club Resort reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity. 

22. All entrants release from, and indemnify Ocean Club Resort against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of accepting the prize or participation in the competition including but not limited to loss of income and personal injury.

23. Participants will be required to enter their personal details including, but not limited to, name, address, phone number. Incomprehensible entries will not be included in the draw.

24. Entries must be received by the disclosed time (AEST/AEDT) on disclosed date. The time of entry will in each case be the time the entry is registered at the Ocean Club Resort Information Morning on 29th October 2025.

25. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the web user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

26. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any written direction given under State Regulation.
